CHILD SAFETY
Because of the large number of Parents not reporting their children absent we will be imposing a $25.00 fee each time your child is not reported absent. 
Your child has to be reported absent the day of. This is for your child’s safety.
If your child/children are not going to be present for afternoon pick up please text me by 1:00PM the day they are out. 
DO NOT tell an employee the day before or put an X by their names as I am not always in touch with the employees until the next day nor do I see the attendance.
I have to report to the bus driver and the staff attendants who are on site at the schools the children out that day. 
MAMBEC is not allowed to leave a school without all children accounted for. This can hold the bus runs up for 15 minutes trying to locate you child/children. Also the bus driver may have to make a decision to leave the school without your child to complete the bus runs while MAMBEC staff try to locate your child. Then the bus will have to go back to the school to pick up your child. 
Pickup for your child is by 6:00PM
If this procedure is not followed you will receive a $25.00 fine.
